An additional admin account can be useful to provide someone access to assist with your WordPress. This way you can delete it when they're done, and you don't have to share yours.
To create a temporary admin user in WordPress, you can do the following:
Log in to the WordPress dashboard
Go to the Users menu
Click Add New
Fill out the form with the new user's details
Set the role to Administrator
Click Add New User
