Subject: Reset Email Passwords Associated With My Domain or Addon Domains

The following message was sent by our staff regarding the above subject:

Hi Chas,

You can reset any email account password associated with your domain by logging into the Hosting Control Panel at https://www.4admin.com => Email Management => Email Manager. Once there, select the email account, enter a new password, then save your changes.

To reset passwords for addon domains, log into the Hosting Control Panel at https://www.4admin.com => Addon Domains => Select the appropriate domain. then click "Email". Once there, select the email account, enter a new password, then save your changes.

To reset email passwords for domain registration accounts that have email enabled, log into the Domain Control Panel at https://www.4admin.com (MIDDLE section) and then click on the Email Manager link. Once there, select the email account, enter a new password, then save your changes.

For your security purposes, our staff are not permitted to view or change email account passwords for you. However, for troubleshooting purposes we may ask for a specific email account password. We encourage you to temporarily change your passwords when an issue arises that requires you to share this information.
