We have developed our knowledge base for both customers and employees to reduce support response time and provide the most relevant, up to date answers to common questions and problems. Hi Carey,

Each account includes unlimited disk space. Customers with shared hosting accounts shall not use their account for the purpose of storing large files, and all large files must be regularly accessed through the customer's website.

Once disk space used reaches 2GB, additional space is available upon request. Simply send a ticket to our Tech Support department and we'll be happy to take care of this for you right away.
