We have developed our knowledge base for both customers and employees to reduce support response time and provide the most relevant, up to date answers to common questions and problems. Before you initiate a transfer to another registrar, log into your Domain Control Panel at https://www.4admin.com (MIDDLE section).

Once inside, unlock your domain, and then copy the Auth Code (EPP code).The auth code is required by all registrars to transfer a domain name. Also, you will receive a confirmation email from us after you have entered the auth code with the receiving registrar. If you have not received this email confirmation, please check your email filtering/spam blocker as it may have been redirected there.
