| There should be an option to choose Outstanding Service, excellent just isn't good enough to describe the service here. After working with more than a dozen hosts over 25 years, none have even come close to the customer service & tech support at Webmasters.com. After 18 years of hosting multiple accounts here, I have found that problems are generally resolved within minutes from friendly and knowledgeable support people, and the same people have been here for many years which says a lot about the stability. |

- They always reply / fix issues and doubts in minutes - Their charges are absolutely right - We never had an "out of service" problem in 4 years In fact we rely on their service when we offer service to very important IT integrators and Telecommunication service operators. |

| My physical server at Webmasters.com was sometimes slow, with spiky errors ... something really difficult to capture but that was disturbing the service that we provide.
In a matter of hours Webmasters.com support staff detected the problem, isolated the source of malfunction and fixed the issue. Now our domains are back, up and running. Simply excellent service. |
