| We had used many web hosts before. Everytime, we cancelled our contract and moved to a new host simply because they didn't take their business as serious as we take our website. We moved our web page to webmasters.com on Jan 2003, since then we had no problems. Finally we found the web host that takes our job as serious as if it was their own.
Webmasters.com support team is very friendly and on the spot. When we came across with a crisis in Sept 2004 because of an unfortunate accident, they went the extra distance and gave us the opportunity to fix the problem with almost real-time email dialogs. | You really need a choice to select "Your service is Excellent", very good does not quite say how great it really is. Of the dozen or so hosts I have dealt with, Webmasters clearly has the best support. They also have the quickest response time I have seen and when you really need help, that means a lot. | I am more than very pleased with the support I regularly receive from webmasters support staff, in particular THIS support person. I never receive robotic-type non-answer-trying-to-act-like answers from WM support staff. In this particular case, not only did the tech ANSWER my questions, but he directed me to 3rd party links to TRAIN me (which is not his job). He then even created sample files for me on my own site with a followup explanation of how the files worked and how they could be modified to further accomplish my specific needs. This is not support -- this is business partnership. Your support staff makes me feel like I have a couple of extra offices and employees that I don't have to pay for that are available 24/7 to make my venture more successful. I did not know that when I contracted with you as my webhost for 12 months, that my contract price included this kind of highest level technical support. What I'm trying to say is, you're not just a host, your staff is more like my own IT dept. Thank you for your continued retention of high quality technical staff. |

| I can not express enough how fantastic Mr. C. Thomas has been. He has gone above and beyond to ensure that our migration to a shared server was successful.
Ticket numbers S-060628202A and S-060627259T 6/29/06 with our migration there where a number of advanced challenges and great effort was made to insure our migration was successful. I have been using Webmasters.com for many years and have seen it grow at a pace that puts Webmasters.com on the cutting edge at every turn. Agents like Mr. Thomas that go the extra mile build customer faith and loyalty. Fair pricing and awesome features provided by Webmasters.com stands out however, the support services provided by webmasters.com continue to be the main element that keeps webmasters.com at the very top of my list.
