| I have recently transferred a couple of domains and 3 websites to Webmasters.com. Naturally, there were a number of configuration adjustments that needed to be made during the switch; most I could do myself through the comprehensive control panel, some required adjustment by support staff and one looked to be impossible. However, the support staff were extremely helpful throughout and John DeSantis in particular was nothing short of tenacious in his work to solve the problem. Through his and their hard work the impossible was made possible and my 3 sites and 2 email domains are up and running better than ever. | I've used your services on and off since probably around 2004/2005ish. I switched once, because I was given a great promotional offer; leaving was a mistake! I'd rather have EXCELLENT service, and a steady price that I know won't change, and I don't think has for the last 17 years...WOW!
And I haven't even mentioned their support yet! Their support is nothing short of incredible! I'm usually given an answer within hours, IF NOT minutes. In the last 17 years, there's only been maybe once or twice when it took a few days to get an answer. And the one time I know, was after a major upgrade, and I wasn't familiar with some of the changes - so Paul took the time to explain some questions I had, in much greater detail than he probably had to. | As of 2025, Webmasters.com has hosted our website for well over 20 years. We have had the most remarkable POSITIVE experience with them imaginable. Their expert technicians have been there to help us with whatever we needed with little or no waiting. Their response time to any inquiries or concerns is almost instantaneous. Recently, we upgraded to a new, faster server at no extra cost to us! Their staff made the migration smooth and without any issues. Frankly, I seldom give recommendations; however, on a scale of 1 to 10... they are off the chart! They also have the best prices. | Webmasters are wonderful. I've never had one single problem that hasn't been rectified within, say, 15 minutes. Usually, I submit all my queries by email. Although sometimes I receive an automated response states that I should receive an answer to my query within 24 hours, I always get response within the half hour. In addition, all my email queries are 100% helpful and I never have to revisit a previously asked question. When I first joined, I had a query and chose to call the toll free number. Not only was the operator helpful and knowledgeable, they answered very quickly and provided a simple yet effective answer. |
