Subject: Wordpress - Cannot Access After Plugin Update
The following message was sent by our staff regarding the above subject:
If you've updated your Wordpress plugins and are receiving an error or the site won't load, it's a good idea to check the Hosting Control Panel ALTERNATE URL.
Doing so, usually reveals an error:
i.e.
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /usr/local/4admin/apache/vhosts/yourdomain.com/httpdocs/wp-includes/load.php on line 1095
Since you installed updated plugins, and if you can't access the wp-admin, we would recommend that you use File Manager to temporarily rename the plugins directory to disable it and allow you access.
This should help: https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-deactivate-all-plugins-when-not-able-to-access-wp-admin/
If that fails, you will need to consult Wordpress support for more information: codex.wordpress.org
