| Having switched mobiles from a Blackberry to an I phone I encountered a problem which seemed unsurmountable in being unable to delete e-mails?
Having trawled around a few retail stores and speaking to their technicians, nobody was able to help, including an Apple store! When I checked in with Webmasters, and this was on a Sunday afternoon, within an hour the problem was solved . | I was worried when you had a hardware failure on server 44 today. One of my domains went down which receives a signification amount of traffic and serves and signification amount of advertising. Every Webmaster understands that hardware failure is almost impossible to prevent, but when it happens you want to know your sites come back online without data loss.
I want to commend the person or persons at Webmasters.com involved in fixing this issue. We lost no data and everything is up and running like new. Thanks for your hard work and we want you to know we appreciate it. For as long as I need a host, Webmasters.com will be the place. |
