We had used many web hosts before. Everytime, we cancelled our contract and moved to a new host simply because they didn't take their business as serious as we take our website. We moved our web page to webmasters.com on Jan 2003, since then we had no problems. Finally we found the web host that takes our job as serious as if it was their own.
Webmasters.com support team is very friendly and on the spot. When we came across with a crisis in Sept 2004 because of an unfortunate accident, they went the extra distance and gave us the opportunity to fix the problem with almost real-time email dialogs. Our all vounteer art league had to redo an ineffective website. As you might imagine, a high percentage of our membership is very computer iliterate. Linda was wonderful, helping us to put all needed elements into our site, including a member's art gallery with shopping cart, on-line class registration, on-line newsletter and so much more. She is incredibly responsive and understanding, making many (oops we didn't think of this) kind of changes with great patience and also, guiding us through the maintenance of the site.
