Webmasters are wonderful. I've never had one single problem that hasn't been rectified within, say, 15 minutes. Usually, I submit all my queries by email. Although sometimes I receive an automated response states that I should receive an answer to my query within 24 hours, I always get response within the half hour. In addition, all my email queries are 100% helpful and I never have to revisit a previously asked question. When I first joined, I had a query and chose to call the toll free number. Not only was the operator helpful and knowledgeable, they answered very quickly and provided a simple yet effective answer. |

Outstanding service would really be a better choice, they are that good. For about 18 years I have been dealing with pretty much the same people, they know their systems. Recently I had a small issue with FTP and Ryan resolved it right away after a single email. It really is a nice to be able to work with the same people year after year.
