There are days and there are days, and this was one of *those* days. I was hurriedly shoe-horning a Python test into a day already to filled with too many other tasks and kept getting a 500 error.
C. Schmidt (tactfully) asked one simple question: Had I checked my error log? I hadn't--and I know to! Anyway, I checked the log, googled the error and had the issue fixed within 5 minutes. It's really nice to know that even when one forgets to do something one should have done, it's met with good humor. |

Having switched mobiles from a Blackberry to an I phone I encountered a problem which seemed unsurmountable in being unable to delete e-mails?
Having trawled around a few retail stores and speaking to their technicians, nobody was able to help, including an Apple store! When I checked in with Webmasters, and this was on a Sunday afternoon, within an hour the problem was solved . I cannot recommend enough the quality of service I received from them on this occasion , and the help in setting up the account on my new mobile as well.
