The service here is always amazing! On Sunday night I was getting a 550 ftp error using Dreamwaver MX when I upload my files for a second time. I needed to determine what was going on to see if was a problem on my end or with protections on the server.
When I called, the first thing that was amazing, is that someone was there. The second thing that was amazing is the person that answered the phone was nice. And the third thing that was amazing is that the person was helpful! He took the time to try uploading my file to see if he could duplicate the problem. Ultimately, it worked fine for him. He called me back within ten minutes and gave me the results of his test which indicated the problem was on my side. I tried to ftp on my side with another program and was successful. His helpfulness pointed me in the direction to research known bugs with Dreamweaver MX. Although I have not been able to fix the problem, Dreamweaver user group does mention this problem. One of my concerns was how I was supposed to get the website to the internet. Frank at webmasters.com was very helpful when he explained the steps that I needed to take to use the FTP control button on the panel. Frank also demonstrated by how quickly our site would show the file immediately. I almost have the website ready to go, and I know that I will be able to successfully get the site up and manage it. You really need a choice to select "Your service is Excellent", very good does not quite say how great it really is. Of the dozen or so hosts I have dealt with, Webmasters clearly has the best support. They also have the quickest response time I have seen and when you really need help, that means a lot.
