| I have recently transferred a couple of domains and 3 websites to Webmasters.com. Naturally, there were a number of configuration adjustments that needed to be made during the switch; most I could do myself through the comprehensive control panel, some required adjustment by support staff and one looked to be impossible. However, the support staff were extremely helpful throughout and John DeSantis in particular was nothing short of tenacious in his work to solve the problem. Through his and their hard work the impossible was made possible and my 3 sites and 2 email domains are up and running better than ever. | Webmasters, I can't thank your team enough for all their help! I am a VERY small business owner with enough technical expertise to be dangerous. I decided to re-launch my WordPress Website with WooCommerce Storefront, a WooCommerce Theme and a bundled PlugIn Package. How difficult could that be??? Well if I weren't hosting with Webmasters, it would have been a disaster. But you walked me through what I needed to do to move to an Apache 2 server and reset my PHP settings. All I had was the "white screen" with error messages that your techncial staff interpreted for me and gave me the documentation to follow. We did it together!!! Thank you WebMasters for taking it one step at a time and your encouragement! In fact, one of the support notes said "You are almost there!" which was a great encouragement to me!!!! | I was using the domain richardsclass.com as a gateway for my students. Because students that were not mine started using the site, I added the add-on domain SBVC.us.
Eventually I wanted to make SBVC.us the primary domain in the account. This was because forwarding was not enough, I wanted to be able to use sub-domains extensively. I dreaded the hassle in getting this done. What I found was quite the opposite. It took only two emails, one to inquire about the possibility and one to execute it. Both emails were answered within a few minutes, and the new account for sbvc.us was created and I had the site up and running within the hour. I teach a web development class, (beginner stuff) and have recommended your company to every class. I know of several students, and one faculty member who have created accounts with you.
