Having switched mobiles from a Blackberry to an I phone I encountered a problem which seemed unsurmountable in being unable to delete e-mails?
Having trawled around a few retail stores and speaking to their technicians, nobody was able to help, including an Apple store! When I checked in with Webmasters, and this was on a Sunday afternoon, within an hour the problem was solved . I cannot recommend enough the quality of service I received from them on this occasion , and the help in setting up the account on my new mobile as well. We had used many web hosts before. Everytime, we cancelled our contract and moved to a new host simply because they didn't take their business as serious as we take our website. We moved our web page to webmasters.com on Jan 2003, since then we had no problems. Finally we found the web host that takes our job as serious as if it was their own.
Webmasters.com support team is very friendly and on the spot. When we came across with a crisis in Sept 2004 because of an unfortunate accident, they went the extra distance and gave us the opportunity to fix the problem with almost real-time email dialogs. We are finally relaxed to know that we have a friend in hosting business. |

You really need a choice to select "Your service is Excellent", very good does not quite say how great it really is. Of the dozen or so hosts I have dealt with, Webmasters clearly has the best support. They also have the quickest response time I have seen and when you really need help, that means a lot. Highly recommended. |

When Google required our site to be compatible with smart phones, Webmasters.com worked closely with us and redesigned our website for us. I was using the domain richardsclass.com as a gateway for my students. Because students that were not mine started using the site, I added the add-on domain SBVC.us.
Eventually I wanted to make SBVC.us the primary domain in the account. This was because forwarding was not enough, I wanted to be able to use sub-domains extensively. I dreaded the hassle in getting this done. What I found was quite the opposite. It took only two emails, one to inquire about the possibility and one to execute it. Both emails were answered within a few minutes, and the new account for sbvc.us was created and I had the site up and running within the hour. I teach a web development class, (beginner stuff) and have recommended your company to every class. I know of several students, and one faculty member who have created accounts with you.
