I have been a webdevloper, webmaster and internet marketing professional for over 10 years, using different registrars and webhosting organizations, and I have yet to discover a webhosting service organization that tops the customer support dedication and the control panel software I have been provided at my fingertips. I never had the feeling that I was just another datafield in their client database. We moved our web page to webmasters.com on Jan 2003, since then we had no problems. Finally we found the web host that takes our job as serious as if it was their own.
Webmasters.com support team is very friendly and on the spot. When we came across with a crisis in Sept 2004 because of an unfortunate accident, they went the extra distance and gave us the opportunity to fix the problem with almost real-time email dialogs.
