| Webmasters are wonderful. I've never had one single problem that hasn't been rectified within, say, 15 minutes. Usually, I submit all my queries by email. Although sometimes I receive an automated response states that I should receive an answer to my query within 24 hours, I always get response within the half hour. In addition, all my email queries are 100% helpful and I never have to revisit a previously asked question. When I first joined, I had a query and chose to call the toll free number. Not only was the operator helpful and knowledgeable, they answered very quickly and provided a simple yet effective answer. |

| I wanted to send this note to praise one of your employees. Her name is Jeannie H. in Support. I have to tell you that she has saved my life on at least two occassions. Each problem was very complex and took a lot of skill, knowledge and a desire to go that extra mile to help out a customer in need. She was so helpful, even when she had to explain computers 101 to me so that I could comprehend the troubleshooting, and solutions to my computer support issues. She always called back in a timely manner if I could not get to speak to her directly. Each issue nearly caused panic on my end but she always came through for me and managed to put me at ease at the same time. As we all know, computer support problems can be some of the most frustrating problems in the world, especially when one's company livelihood is involved. After working with more than a dozen hosts over 25 years, none have even come close to the customer service & tech support at Webmasters.com.
