We moved our web page to webmasters.com on Jan 2003, since then we had no problems. Finally we found the web host that takes our job as serious as if it was their own.
Webmasters.com support team is very friendly and on the spot. When we came across with a crisis in Sept 2004 because of an unfortunate accident, they went the extra distance and gave us the opportunity to fix the problem with almost real-time email dialogs. | I had a non-standard request to change my hosting account to another domain since I was changing my main domain name to suit my new stage. name.
Support agreed this with no quibble, no extra charge and with full guidance which steps I needed to take. They were helpful at every step of the way.
