| The service here is always amazing! On Sunday night I was getting a 550 ftp error using Dreamwaver MX when I upload my files for a second time. I needed to determine what was going on to see if was a problem on my end or with protections on the server.
When I called, the first thing that was amazing, is that someone was there. The second thing that was amazing is the person that answered the phone was nice. And the third thing that was amazing is that the person was helpful! He took the time to try uploading my file to see if he could duplicate the problem. Ultimately, it worked fine for him. He called me back within ten minutes and gave me the results of his test which indicated the problem was on my side. I tried to ftp on my side with another program and was successful. His helpfulness pointed me in the direction to research known bugs with Dreamweaver MX. Although I have not been able to fix the problem, Dreamweaver user group does mention this problem. | We had used many web hosts before. Everytime, we cancelled our contract and moved to a new host simply because they didn't take their business as serious as we take our website. We moved our web page to webmasters.com on Jan 2003, since then we had no problems. Finally we found the web host that takes our job as serious as if it was their own.
Webmasters.com support team is very friendly and on the spot. When we came across with a crisis in Sept 2004 because of an unfortunate accident, they went the extra distance and gave us the opportunity to fix the problem with almost real-time email dialogs. We are finally relaxed to know that we have a friend in hosting business. |

| Webmasters, I can't thank your team enough for all their help! I am a VERY small business owner with enough technical expertise to be dangerous. I decided to re-launch my WordPress Website with WooCommerce Storefront, a WooCommerce Theme and a bundled PlugIn Package. How difficult could that be??? Well if I weren't hosting with Webmasters, it would have been a disaster. But you walked me through what I needed to do to move to an Apache 2 server and reset my PHP settings. All I had was the "white screen" with error messages that your techncial staff interpreted for me and gave me the documentation to follow. We did it together!!! Thank you WebMasters for taking it one step at a time and your encouragement! In fact, one of the support notes said "You are almost there!" which was a great encouragement to me!!!!
