| I have recently transferred a couple of domains and 3 websites to Webmasters.com. Naturally, there were a number of configuration adjustments that needed to be made during the switch; most I could do myself through the comprehensive control panel, some required adjustment by support staff and one looked to be impossible. However, the support staff were extremely helpful throughout and John DeSantis in particular was nothing short of tenacious in his work to solve the problem. Through his and their hard work the impossible was made possible and my 3 sites and 2 email domains are up and running better than ever. | There are days and there are days, and this was one of *those* days. I was hurriedly shoe-horning a Python test into a day already to filled with too many other tasks and kept getting a 500 error.
C. Schmidt (tactfully) asked one simple question: Had I checked my error log? I hadn't--and I know to! Anyway, I checked the log, googled the error and had the issue fixed within 5 minutes. My website seldom has any outages, and my email accounts the same. bugs are rare, maybe once a year ... probably less When I do have a question or problem I get rapid, complete, and courteous response.
