Had to make a tech support call last Thurs (8/13/09) regarding setting up our site to accept credit cards, a shopping cart and other ecommerce issues. C. I have several sites hosted here. The features got me hooked but the service is what keeps me here. Like tonight, a simple renewal problem, solved in 22 minutes after sending an email to support.
