| The "how are we doing" rating should be upgraded with a new rating that states: "Your service is outstanding!" I have been a webdevloper, webmaster and internet marketing professional for over 10 years, using different registrars and webhosting organizations, and I have yet to discover a webhosting service organization that tops the customer support dedication and the control panel software I have been provided at my fingertips. I never had the feeling that I was just another datafield in their client database. | Service is always good however I have a request. Since you have no shell access we are required to do everything through your control panel. As I'm sure you know this is very tedious. Having shell access would really be great especially for file and database management and especially since your file manager has some serious limitations. The most serious limitation is the way the "copy" function works. It doesn't behave the same as a UNIX or dos copy and will not overwrite files but merely puts a "copy_of" in the directory. For doing upgrades it's useless.
Can I get shell access? If not can you PLEASE fix the copy command in your file manager. Thanks, Ron Curry |
