I'm not one that usually writes testimonials, or even send in compliments on comment cards... but once in a while, I am blow away by the quality of service. Web Masters is worthy of me taking my time to write this.
You guys don't have a high enough option in your "How are we doing?" drop box. "Your Service is excellent" just doesn't do you all justice. In this day and age of "Oh I don't care, its just an internet customer, they'll figure it out on their own".. You all stand head and shoulders above the rest. Ive had VERY few issues that weren't self-induced - and all of my problems have been addressed by you... even if I caused it. Fast responses, a message center that is on top of things... If there is ever a service outage of any kind, the message center lets me know that you know and are working on it. And the one time there was an email server problem, and it wasn't on the message center, in the 5 minutes it took for me to send you an email from another account, and receive your reply, it was already fixed and your reply explained what happened and told me it was fixed. How many companies do you know of, that responds to a service problem, ON CHRISTMAS DAY? Web Masters does... I was out of town, on a Motel ISP/WiFi and could not send emails via POP/SMTP. Turned out to be an ISP/Firewall issue with that connection. A couple emails and some port changes later, I was sending emails... just before I sat down to Christmas Dinner. Honestly, I can't believe the customer support and service that I get from you all... it seems to defy the natural order of society. Keep it up. I can't say enough good about Web Masters. I've been astonished with the service from day one, and the longer I use them, the service just gets better and better. My main experiences have been with John and Sterling. AWESOME PEOPLE!! John DeSantis re-established my web site and linked another domain to it for me. I had made numerous incorrect edits on the other domain registrar site. Also, had added-and-deleted Secured.com SSL while Webmasters.com was processing my initial request. Support was just excellent. |

Webmasters, I can't thank your team enough for all their help! I am a VERY small business owner with enough technical expertise to be dangerous. I decided to re-launch my WordPress Website with WooCommerce Storefront, a WooCommerce Theme and a bundled PlugIn Package. How difficult could that be??? Well if I weren't hosting with Webmasters, it would have been a disaster. But you walked me through what I needed to do to move to an Apache 2 server and reset my PHP settings. All I had was the "white screen" with error messages that your techncial staff interpreted for me and gave me the documentation to follow. We did it together!!! Thank you WebMasters for taking it one step at a time and your encouragement! In fact, one of the support notes said "You are almost there!" which was a great encouragement to me!!!! Many thanks for all your help!!!!!!!

I am more than very pleased with the support I regularly receive from webmasters support staff, in particular THIS support person. I never receive robotic-type non-answer-trying-to-act-like answers from WM support staff. In this particular case, not only did the tech ANSWER my questions, but he directed me to 3rd party links to TRAIN me (which is not his job). He then even created sample files for me on my own site with a followup explanation of how the files worked and how they could be modified to further accomplish my specific needs. This is not support -- this is business partnership. Your support staff makes me feel like I have a couple of extra offices and employees that I don't have to pay for that are available 24/7 to make my venture more successful. I did not know that when I contracted with you as my webhost for 12 months, that my contract price included this kind of highest level technical support. What I'm trying to say is, you're not just a host, your staff is more like my own IT dept. Thank you for your continued retention of high quality technical staff. |
