After working with more than a dozen hosts over 25 years, none have even come close to the customer service & tech support at Webmasters.com. After 18 years of hosting multiple accounts here, I have found that problems are generally resolved within minutes from friendly and knowledgeable support people, and the same people have been here for many years which says a lot about the stability. |

While price was considered, one thing that got me, is that your company is a local Tampa area business, and being a condo in the Tampa area, I wanted to support local businesses.

Of the dozen or so hosts I have dealt with, Webmasters clearly has the best support. They also have the quickest response time I have seen and when you really need help, that means a lot.
