The service here is always amazing! On Sunday night I was getting a 550 ftp error using Dreamwaver MX when I upload my files for a second time. I needed to determine what was going on to see if was a problem on my end or with protections on the server.
When I called, the first thing that was amazing, is that someone was there. The second thing that was amazing is the person that answered the phone was nice. And the third thing that was amazing is that the person was helpful! He took the time to try uploading my file to see if he could duplicate the problem. Ultimately, it worked fine for him. He called me back within ten minutes and gave me the results of his test which indicated the problem was on my side. I tried to ftp on my side with another program and was successful. His helpfulness pointed me in the direction to research known bugs with Dreamweaver MX. Although I have not been able to fix the problem, Dreamweaver user group does mention this problem. THANK YOU!!! |

I've used your services on and off since probably around 2004/2005ish. I switched once, because I was given a great promotional offer; leaving was a mistake! I'd rather have EXCELLENT service, and a steady price that I know won't change, and I don't think has for the last 17 years...WOW!
And I haven't even mentioned their support yet! Their support is nothing short of incredible! I'm usually given an answer within hours, IF NOT minutes. In the last 17 years, there's only been maybe once or twice when it took a few days to get an answer. And the one time I know, was after a major upgrade, and I wasn't familiar with some of the changes - so Paul took the time to explain some questions I had, in much greater detail than he probably had to. One of my concerns was how I was supposed to get the website to the internet. Frank at webmasters.com was very helpful when he explained the steps that I needed to take to use the FTP control button on the panel. Frank also demonstrated by how quickly our site would show the file immediately. I almost have the website ready to go, and I know that I will be able to successfully get the site up and manage it.
