One of my concerns was how I was supposed to get the website to the internet. Frank at webmasters.com was very helpful when he explained the steps that I needed to take to use the FTP control button on the panel. Frank also demonstrated by how quickly our site would show the file immediately. I almost have the website ready to go, and I know that I will be able to successfully get the site up and manage it. Webmasters are wonderful. I've never had one single problem that hasn't been rectified within, say, 15 minutes. Usually, I submit all my queries by email. Although sometimes I receive an automated response states that I should receive an answer to my query within 24 hours, I always get response within the half hour. In addition, all my email queries are 100% helpful and I never have to revisit a previously asked question. When I first joined, I had a query and chose to call the toll free number. Not only was the operator helpful and knowledgeable, they answered very quickly and provided a simple yet effective answer. |
