I've used your services on and off since probably around 2004/2005ish. I switched once, because I was given a great promotional offer; leaving was a mistake! I'd rather have EXCELLENT service, and a steady price that I know won't change, and I don't think has for the last 17 years...WOW!
And I haven't even mentioned their support yet! Their support is nothing short of incredible! I'm usually given an answer within hours, IF NOT minutes. In the last 17 years, there's only been maybe once or twice when it took a few days to get an answer. And the one time I know, was after a major upgrade, and I wasn't familiar with some of the changes - so Paul took the time to explain some questions I had, in much greater detail than he probably had to. We had used many web hosts before. Everytime, we cancelled our contract and moved to a new host simply because they didn't take their business as serious as we take our website. We moved our web page to webmasters.com on Jan 2003, since then we had no problems. Finally we found the web host that takes our job as serious as if it was their own.
Webmasters.com support team is very friendly and on the spot. When we came across with a crisis in Sept 2004 because of an unfortunate accident, they went the extra distance and gave us the opportunity to fix the problem with almost real-time email dialogs. We are finally relaxed to know that we have a friend in hosting business. |

I think it would be almost impossible to exceed the support, as well as the response time, that I received from Webmasters.com. I had some difficulty renaming and then relocating my website, and the support team responded in real time - sometimes within 5 to 10 minutes of my email request for help.
