Schmidt worked with me to get the most recent version of Joomla installed, I kept running into errors. I really appreciate that C. There should be an option to choose Outstanding Service, excellent just isn't good enough to describe the service here. After working with more than a dozen hosts over 25 years, none have even come close to the customer service & tech support at Webmasters.com. After 18 years of hosting multiple accounts here, I have found that problems are generally resolved within minutes from friendly and knowledgeable support people, and the same people have been here for many years which says a lot about the stability. |

Harber, and some anonymous people only known as "Client Services Team". However, the help was seamless and the approach consistently friendly and enthusiastic.
