The reason why I chose to host the websites (of the organisation I am employed at) at Webmasters.com, is because whenever I commit a mistake, or have difficulty once in a while with troubleshooting, the support desk is always right on the money to figure what I forgot to do, or to get to the bottom of the mistake I made, and points me in the right direction to fix the situation in a jiffy. You really need a choice to select "Your service is Excellent", very good does not quite say how great it really is. Of the dozen or so hosts I have dealt with, Webmasters clearly has the best support. They also have the quickest response time I have seen and when you really need help, that means a lot.
