I had a non-standard request to change my hosting account to another domain since I was changing my main domain name to suit my new stage. name.
Support agreed this with no quibble, no extra charge and with full guidance which steps I needed to take. They were helpful at every step of the way. It turned into quite a long thread (19 replies) and several support members replied at different stages, including L. Sterling, Paul Schultz, F. Harber, and some anonymous people only known as "Client Services Team". However, the help was seamless and the approach consistently friendly and enthusiastic. Using Webmasters support is a comfortable experience, you are confident that they understand the problem and will have it resolved for you quickly and with no fuss. One of my concerns was how I was supposed to get the website to the internet. Chris Saladino walked me through replacing my old FTP Client with FileZilla and has saved me hundreds of hours of future effort.
