There should be an option to choose Outstanding Service, excellent just isn't good enough to describe the service here. After working with more than a dozen hosts over 25 years, none have even come close to the customer service & tech support at Webmasters.com. After 18 years of hosting multiple accounts here, I have found that problems are generally resolved within minutes from friendly and knowledgeable support people, and the same people have been here for many years which says a lot about the stability. |

I have been having an issue tying into the server for days. I always received quick response and they tried their best to help. I am a novice at web site and am still in training for Dreamweaver. In frustration - I re-installed my Dreamweaver software and finally I am able to log back into the server and download my files. Webmasters are wonderful. I've never had one single problem that hasn't been rectified within, say, 15 minutes. Usually, I submit all my queries by email. Although sometimes I receive an automated response states that I should receive an answer to my query within 24 hours, I always get response within the half hour. In addition, all my email queries are 100% helpful and I never have to revisit a previously asked question. When I first joined, I had a query and chose to call the toll free number. Not only was the operator helpful and knowledgeable, they answered very quickly and provided a simple yet effective answer. |

My problem was isolated to http requests coming through my office's ISP, and only a problem for 4 of the 6 sites Webmasters hosts for me. All my sites were accessible from anywhere else in the world; webmaster's customer support found the problem and resolved it. I'm sure it was the proverbial needle in a haystack. |
